Whole Chicken

Spatchcock Chicken

The delicious ‘butterflied’ chicken cooks in half the time, whilst still retaining a succulent and meaty flavour. Beautifully moist and tastes delicious.

Breast fillets are a very versatile cut of chicken, simple and easy to cook and perfect as a dinner party main course. We recommend lightly grilling on the BBQ, tossing into a fresh Cesar salad or roasted in the oven with mixed root vegetables.

A super and delicious alternative to regular pork sausages, bursting with flavour and much lower in fat. Perfect for all your summer BBQ’s and great thrown into a casserole for those much colder months. Our sausages are available in a classic Cumberland seasoning of mixed herbs and spices. We also offer chipolatas with a sage and onion seasoning.
