Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival 2016

We had a fabulous time at the Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival, selling our delicious free range chicken and catching up with our foodie friends. A huge thank you to everyone that came down and supported us, it was the perfect way to end a beautiful summer in Suffolk.

The event took place at the stunning Snape Maltings location, next to the River Alde. It was a glorious day; the sun was shining and the inviting scent of barbequed food drifted through the air. The turnout was incredible and by the end of the day all of our chicken products were completely cleared out. We sold a range of our chicken products including our whole bird, chicken breasts, chicken sausages and chicken burgers.

This year marked the 10th anniversary of the Aldeburgh Food & Drink Festival, which annually celebrates and promotes an abundance of food and drink locally produced in Suffolk. The event is based around the ‘farm to fork’ theme and encourages people to support the local economy by buying local produce at farmer’s markets, farm shops, independent stores and restaurants.  

We’ve already booked our place for the next one! So be sure to visit us at the festival next year from 23rd-24th September 2017!
